    Advising landlords and tenants on rights, obligations, and legal remedies under tenancy laws, rent control laws, and lease agreements. Assisting clients in eviction proceedings, rent recovery, lease negotiations, and lease disputes resolution.

  • Real Estate Regulatory Compliance

    Assisting clients in complying with real estate regulatory laws and regulations, including registration of real estate projects and agents under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 (RERA), and ensuring adherence to RERA provisions related to project disclosures, timelines, and consumer protections
