  • Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Cases

    Representing consumers in cases filed under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions (SCDRCs), and District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forums (DCDRFs). This includes complaints related to defective goods, deficient services, unfair trade practices, misleading advertisements, and unfair contracts.

    Assisting consumers in filing product liability claims against manufacturers, distributors, and sellers for injuries or damages caused by defective or unsafe products. This includes defective appliances, food products, pharmaceuticals, vehicles, and other consumer goods.

    Advising consumers on their rights and remedies under the Consumer Protection Act against unfair trade practices such as misleading advertisements, false claims, deceptive pricing, adulteration, and unfair contract terms. Taking legal action against businesses engaged in unfair or deceptive practices.

  • E-commerce Disputes

    Handling consumer disputes arising from online transactions, including issues related to non-delivery of goods, defective products, fake or counterfeit items, unauthorized charges, and breaches of e-commerce platform terms and conditions.

  • Consumer Rights Awareness and Advocacy

    Educating consumers about their rights and responsibilities under consumer protection laws, providing legal advice on consumer disputes, and advocating for consumer rights through public interest litigation (PIL) and consumer rights campaigns.
